BUSINESS HOURS UPDATE

Effective June 1st, 2026, the office of A Turning Point no longer offers in-person services on Saturdays.


All telehealth sessions will continue as scheduled. 


Our team remains available Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Payments

To make a payment towards your account, use the button below to make a payment online, or call our office during normal business hours to pay by phone. 


*Please note, however, if making a payment online through the 'Make A Payment' link below, payments may take up to twelve (12) hours to be applied to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1.  Will I still be able to attend my telehealth session on Saturday?

  • Yes. All telehealth sessions will continue as scheduled. Please utilize the link you received in your reminder message to connect to your scheduled session.


2. What should I do if I am not able to attend my class on Saturday?

  • If you know you will not be able to attend prior to the day of your class, please contact the office at (719) 550-1011 as soon as possible to discuss the absence. 
  • If you do not have prior knowledge of not being able to attend, please call our office and leave a voicemail with the reason for your absence. Our office will attempt to return your call once we are back in the office.


3. How can I pay for my session?

  • To make a payment, you can use the Make-A-Payment page linked above, or by calling our office during our normal business hours. 


4. My account is on hold, what do I do?

  • If your account is on hold, you would need to clear the hold with the office prior to attending your session. Clearing your hold can be accomplished by contacting the office during normal business hours. 


5. I completed my last class, what do I do?

  • Congratulations! If it is your last session, your treatment provider will complete your discharge paperwork. You may reach out to our office, or stop by the office, during normal business hours to discuss your next steps in treatment, or to pick up your discharge paperwork. 


6. What if I am required to provide a monitored sobriety test?

  • A Turning Point recommends speaking with your supervising officer regarding available testing locations for your case. Our office is not able to determine, or provide information for, specific testing locations that may be available for you. 


7. Who do I contact in an emergency?

  • If you have a life threatening emergency, dial 911. 
  • If you have an urgent matter related to your treatment, you can reach our on-call therapist by calling our office at (719) 550-1011, then pressing 6, to be connected to the on-call therapist.
